Garlic Fried Onion Chicken


4 Chicken breast skinless and boneless
1 Can French Fried Onions
1 Can Cream Of Chicken soup
Shaved Parmessean cheese and crumbled Feta cheese
minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste
Pam spray

Chicken is actually baked, not fried. Preheat oven to 425. Place chicken in baking dish. Spoon soup over chicken. Scatter minced garlic and cheeses over chicken. Cover thickly French Fried Onions. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover with aluminum foil to keep Onions from burning. Take foil off after 15 minutes. Dish makes its own gravy.
Serve with mashed potatos and a veggie with salad.
Add anything you like. I add roasted sesame seeds or almond slices, mushrooms or sliced onions or sliced thin celery, sometimes. If you don't have Cream of Chicken soup you can use Cream of Mushroom or Cream of Celery soup.
